Fish Tacos With Mango Kiwi Salsa
This fish taco with mango kiwi salsa recipe is so good for your gut and is perfect for a summer dinner when you want something light. I love tacos and the endless variations you can make, but I have to say this is hands down my new favorite! The mango kiwi salsa is the perfect blend of sweet, tart, and spicy and the greek yogurt sauce is to die for. In addition to the incredible taste, both of these are amazing for your digestive system!
Kiwi is high in vitamins and antioxidants, and helps aid in digestion. This fruit is high in fiber and acts as a natural laxative by improving frequency of bowel movements and softening stool –– booyah! It also contains a digestive enzyme that helps break down proteins in your stomach.

Greek yogurt has to be my favorite food to incorporate into recipes! It’s a great substitute for sour cream and every time I have it my stomach feels so happy. Greek yogurt is loaded with probiotics and also helps with regularity.
So long story short, kiwis help break down the proteins from the fish and the greek yogurt adds good bacteria to your gut, making this the ultimate dish for improving digestive health!
I hope you and your gut enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
XO,
Sarah

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp lime juice
1-2 tsp sriracha sauce
